Primary Responsibilities:
Business Analytics & Insights
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, prospects, risks, and performance drivers
Develop meaningful business insights and recommendations to support leadership decisions
Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and business outcomes through dashboards and reporting
Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business questions and support strategic initiatives
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, finance,



and functional partners to understand reporting and analytical requirements
Act as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven recommendations and business insights
Present findings to senior management and facilitate discussions on improvement opportunities
Performance Management
Track operational and financial performance against targets
Identify gaps and drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and cost efficiency
Support governance reviews and periodic business performance discussions
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for automation and reporting optimization
Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and PowerPoint to improve efficiency
Standardize reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Business Segment Liaison (BSL) Support
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and resource moves by
