Location: Silkboard Maruti chambers
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10am to 7pm
BPO Experience Mandatory
Requirements:
Education/Language: Any degree; mandatory proficiency in English and Hindi.
Experience:
Quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, QA databases, and 7 QC tools (Pareto,
histograms, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor calls, conduct audits (RCA/ACPT), and provide feedback to agents.
Publish quality dashboards and manage OJT batches and pre-shift briefings.
Identify bottom quartile performers and lead improvement through coaching.
