At Artistic Indians, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Merchandiser to independently manage buyer accounts and ensure seamless execution from product development to shipment.

Key Responsibilities
Independently handle assigned international customer accounts.
Manage end-to-end communication with buyers and factory
Coordinate product development (PD), sampling, quotations, and order execution.
Follow up with vendors on production timelines and ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with QC, logistics, and internal teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain order status, documentation, and regular customer updates.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Build solid relationships with buyers and manufacturing partners.





Desired Profile
37 years of merchandising experience, preferably in furniture or home dcor exports.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Positive understanding of product development, production planning, and export documentation.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
