Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet quality and productivity standards.

Eligibility
Graduates (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).
Undergraduates with relevant customer support experience are eligible.




Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Willing to work from the Chandigarh office.
