Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at real estate project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising labor, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and civil work activities at the project site.
Monitor site progress as per approved drawings and project timelines.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and site workers.
Ensure quality standards and proper execution of civil works.
Check material usage and maintain site inventory records.
Ensure safety procedures and compliance at the construction site.
Handle workforce allocation and monitor labor productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Resolve in office technical and operational issues.
Maintain proper documentation of work progress and site activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.




Report daily work status to the Project Manager/Site Engineer.

Required Skills
Knowledge of civil construction and real estate projects.
Ability to read construction drawings and layouts.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of construction safety standards.
Basic understanding of material management and site documentation.

Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
Ability to manage site activities independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in office and handle project responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
