Job Summary

WatchYourHealth.com Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our Diabetes Helpline Team. The role involves providing post-sales support for patients using Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS). If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
Assist customers with document verification and related queries.
Resolve general product-related inquiries.
Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer cases.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

You will be part of the after-sales care team supporting a leading pharmaceutical company that develops medical devices, including Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS), pacemakers, brain therapy devices, and other healthcare solutions.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) or Nutrition
Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical devices is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on interview performance)
