We are seeking a agile and accomplished academic leader for the position of Head of Department (HOD) Computer Science & Engineering. The ideal candidate should possess robust academic credentials, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience in managing faculty and academic programs in the CSE domain.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the CSE Department.
Oversee academic planning, curriculum development, and implementation in line with institutional and AICTE/University guidelines.
Manage departmental operations, faculty performance, and student outcomes effectively.
Promote research, innovation, and collaboration among faculty and students.
Ensure quality teaching-learning processes and continuous academic improvement.
Foster industry-institute partnerships and facilitate placement opportunities.




Guide faculty members in professional development and research activities.
Represent the department in academic and administrative meetings.

Required Qualifications and Experience
B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 15 years of teaching and academic experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or headship role.
Strong track record in academic administration, research publications, and project execution.
Excellent communication, team management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to inspire and lead a team of faculty members effectively.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
