Lead Management

* Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

* Qualify leads and understand client requirements.

* Schedule appointments and meetings for senior consultants or partners.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients until closure.
Customer Relationship Management

* Build long-term relationships with clients.

* Respond to client queries professionally and promptly.

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collect client feedback and escalate issues when required.
Sales Support

* Assist the business development team in achieving monthly targets.

* Explain the firm's services to prospective clients.

* Coordinate the onboarding process for recent clients.

Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service information.
CRM & Documentation

* Update all client interactions in the CRM.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

* Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Track lead status and conversion ratios.
Coordination





*Coordinate with Accounts, GST, Audit, ROC, and Compliance teams for client requirements.

* Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments.

* Follow up on pending documents and approvals.

*Key Skills

* Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred)

* Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

* Valuable telephone etiquette

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software

* Ability to convince and negotiate professionally

* Good time management and organizational skills

* Positive attitude with a customer-first approach

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)

* 1–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or business development

* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Preferred Experience (for a CA Firm)

* Exposure to GST, Income Tax, ROC, Acc
