Sales Engineer – Static Earthing & Bonding SystemsJob Summary

We are seeking a energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell Static Earthing & Bonding Systems for hazardous industrial applications. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by developing current customers, providing technical sales support, and building long-term relationships across industries handling flammable liquids, gases, powders, and hazardous chemicals.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities in the Pharma, Chemical, Petrochemical, Paint, FMCG, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing sectors.
Generate sales enquiries through customer visits, networking, and market development activities.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based discussions with customers.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate orders to achieve successful closures.
Build and maintain solid relationships with end users, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and channel partners.




Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
2–5 years of experience in technical sales of industrial electrical, instrumentation, automation, or safety products.
Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.
