Greet and assist patients and visitors in a qualified and compassionate manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
Register patients accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Guide patients regarding consultations, diagnostic services, admissions, billing, and insurance procedures.
Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, health check-up packages, feedback, and service updates.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
