Sr. Engineer/AM- Customer Quality
Monitor in-process and final product quality in injection moulding operations.
Ensure proper inspection, documentation, and approval of quality reports.
Handle customer complaints, rejection analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct daily quality checks, red bin analysis, and maintain PPM/rejection reports.
Use 7 QC Tools, Core Tools, 8D, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, FIFO, and 5S for quality improvement.
Conduct Process/Product Audits and support IATF audit compliance.
Coordinate mould/tool correction and resolve shop floor quality issues.
Support current product development trials and validation activities.




Ensure implementation and revision of work instructions and quality standards.

Mandatory Requirement:
Candidate must have experience handling MSIL / Suzuki customer quality.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of assembly (Wiring Harness)
Hands-on experience in 7 QC Tools & Core Tools
Solid problem-solving and customer handling skills
Knowledge of IATF system and audit requirements

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
