B.sc Chemistry,/M.sc Chemistry
Responsible for complete chemical analysis in parameters of moisture, Acid insoluble, Fat content, Dietary fiber, Gluten content, Protein analysis etc in different food products.
Should be familiar with regulatory requirements of FSSAI, Label Claim Proximate & Nutritional Analysis.
Ensure validation data & calibration of all instruments, chemical, consumable etc.
Accurate analysis and interpretation of test results.
Maintenance of laboratory documents and records.
To interact with other functions (e.g. business development, customer support etc).
To help in identifying the gaps in process and to suggest on the resolution of the gap / process improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
