Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of injection molds.
Knowledge about MTTR & MTBF.
Knowledge about Mold design 2D & 3D
Supporting NPD for mold trails and corrective action.
Esure mold availability, reliability, and minimum downtime for production.
Analyze mold-related defects and support root cause & corrective actions.
Maintain mold history records, PM schedules, and spare inventory.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, 5S, TPM, and safety standards.
