Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage patient interactions and ensure a smooth and positive experience at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient/customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients.
Maintain valuable relationships with patients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient service.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM/system.
Conduct follow-up calls and collect patient feedback.
Support front office and other clinic-related activities when required.

Requirements:
Any Degree/Diploma.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Healthcare/clinic experience is an added advantage.
Friendly, presentable, and patient-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
