About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant who can act as the right hand to the Director. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, robust follow-up abilities, and the capability to coordinate seamlessly across departments to ensure smooth execution of business priorities.

This is not just an administrative role—it is a role for someone who can take ownership, drive execution, and help the leadership team stay productive.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Prioritize schedules and ensure optimal time management.
Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.

Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments.
Ensure timely follow-ups on assigned tasks.
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Remove bottlenecks by coordinating with stakeholders.





Communication
Draft skilled emails, presentations, reports, and business documents.
Serve as the communication bridge between leadership and various teams.
Communicate confidently with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Task & Project Management
Monitor ongoing projects and update management regularly.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
Ensure execution of management decisions.

AI & Digital Productivity
Use AI tools to improve productivity and automate routine tasks.
Create reports, presentations, summaries, and documentation using AI.
Research information using AI-powered platforms.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology.
