Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent clients from MNCs, Public Limited Companies, and growing enterprises for recruitment and staffing services.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and other business development channels.
Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and key decision-makers.
Present staffing and recruitment solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close client contracts.
Onboard current clients by understanding hiring requirements and ensuring smooth service initiation.
Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements and high-quality service.
Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, follow-ups, and chance status in CRM/Excel.




Conduct regular market research to identify current business opportunities, target industries, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly business development targets while ensuring long-term client retention and account growth.

Desired Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years of Business Development or Client Acquisition experience in a Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Consulting firm.
Proven experience in client onboarding, cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, and closing staffing contracts with corporate clients.
Robust network and experience in approaching HR professionals from MNCs, Public Limited Companies, and large enterprises.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a target-oriented mindset.
