Job Summary:

Hazard Communication Specialist, will support the Global Hazard Communication Team with analyzing and harmonizing regulatory data in SAP system supporting the team productivity increase as part of data review project. This role demands analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a positive understanding of SAP EHS module. The ideal candidate should possess time management and communication skills, be well structed and organized and deliver timely. The role will work closely with Regulatory teams as well as Marketing, R&D;, Supply Chain to clarify subjects relevant for the project.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze regulatory data in order to harmonize recently integrated data following SAP EHS data structure
Maintain hazard communication, DG and regulatory data in SAP EHS system
Support data review project by reviewing regulatory data correctness in SAP, upload product profiles from PLM tool,



plan product merging and ensure regulatory documents well available on the final product profile in SAP
Work closely with Global Hazard Communication team as well as other Regulatory teams, Marketing, R&D; and Supply Chain to clarify subjects
Conduct project reviews and provide regular updates

Qualifications:
English fluency required
Minimum Bachelors Degree in a scientific field is required. A degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering is preferred
Ability to work as a member of a team in a timeline-driven workplace with limited supervision is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills are required
Valuable classification & label regulations knowledge according to GHS criteria is required
Experienced with SAP software, EHS module is required
Knowledge of Safety Data Sheet regulation is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
