Role Description
The Trip Leader is a full time, hybrid role based in Udaipur, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as planning, reporting, and coordination. In this role, the Trip Leader will guide and manage outdoor journeys and expeditions, ensuring participant safety,



engagement, and a high-quality experience throughout each trip. Daily responsibilities include route planning, briefing participants, coordinating logistics with local partners, overseeing equipment checks, and managing on-ground risk assessments. The Trip Leader will facilitate group dynamics, lead basic outdoor skills sessions, and support storytelling through trip documentation and collaboration with content teams. Additional responsibilities include post-trip reporting, feedback collection, and contributing to the design of future itineraries and events.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Recreation and Outdoor Recreation, with the ability to design and lead engaging adventure experiences.
Awareness or experience in Therapeutic Recreation to support participant well-being and inclusive group experiences.
Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including group management, decision-making
