Key Responsibilities
Monitor hand hygiene practices, biomedical waste management, and environmental cleanliness.
Investigate infection outbreaks and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Educate and train hospital staff on infection prevention and control practices.
Maintain infection surveillance data, audit reports, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate Infection Control Committee meetings and follow up on action plans.
Coordinate with clinical and support departments to strengthen infection prevention practices.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation activities.
Monitor sterilization, disinfection, and aseptic practices across the hospital.
Prepare periodic infection control reports and present findings to management.
Perform any other infection control-related duties assigned by the hospital management.

Qualificaiton : B.Sc (Nursing)/ DGNM (certified course in infection control)

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as ICN

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
