Job Purpose

To plan, execute, monitor, and deliver high-rise building construction activities in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget targets while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution
Execute all civil works related to high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings.
Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Coordinate structural, architectural, and finishing works for timely completion.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
Resolve site execution issues in coordination with consultants and the design team.

Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
Prepare weekly and monthly execution plans.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays with corrective action plans.
Ensure availability of manpower, materials, machinery, and resources.

Quality Management




Ensure construction activities comply with project quality standards.
Conduct inspections and ensure work conforms to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor cube tests, material quality, and QA/QC documentation.
Coordinate inspections with clients and consultants.

Safety Management
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
Promote protected working practices across all construction activities.
Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions.

Contractor Management
Monitor contractor productivity and performance.
Verify contractor bills based on executed quantities.
Ensure contractual obligations are met within the agreed timelines.

Cost & Billing
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Review BOQs, quantities, and work measurements.
Support billing, cost control, and budget monitoring activities.
