We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychological assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy services while working with a diverse range of clients across age groups and presenting concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and case formulations.
Provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy interventions.
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when required.
Uphold ethical and professional standards in all clinical practice.
Eligibility Criteria
Must hold a valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration/license as a Clinical Psychologist.
Qualification requirements:
M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI recognized), or
Skilled Diploma in Clinical Psychology (PDCP)
/ equivalent RCI-recognized postgraduate diploma leading to RCI registration as a Clinical Psychologist (Associate).
Robust skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Experience
Preferred: 3+ years of professional experience in counseling and psychotherapy.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Candidates who are newly qualified and RCI licensed will be considered; compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated competencies.
Compensation
For experienced candidates, compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and expertise.
Freshers may be offered a different salary structure based on experience and skill level.
