We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, be proficient in data entry, and ensure accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
Prepare sales and purchase entries.
Record receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and cash balances.
Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
Track customer payments and vendor dues.
Assist in preparing GST-related data and other statutory records.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
Support the senior accounts team during audits and month-end closing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
