Role Overview

We are seeking a senior individual contributor to execute benchmarking analytics, client intelligence, and data-driven strategy work for global financial institutions. The role requires robust hands-on expertise in financial services analytics, Corporate Banking strategy, benchmarking methodologies, automation, and executive-ready insight generation.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who can independently manage complex analytical workstreams, improve workflows, and deliver high-quality client-facing outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Benchmarking Analytics Execution
Execute end-to-end benchmarking analytics for global investment banks.
Manage collection, validation, processing, and quality control of sensitive client submissions.
Maintain and enhance wallet-sizing methodologies and benchmarking models.
Produce accurate benchmarking outputs, insights, dashboards, and client presentation materials.
Combine public and private data to generate actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Workflow Automation and Process Improvement




Improve efficiency and standardization across analytics workflows.
Automate manual processes using Python, Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
Build scalable models, dashboards, templates, and reusable analytical assets.
Support adoption of current analytics tools, automation techniques, and AI/ML-enabled solutions.
Contribute to long-term client relationship management through high-quality analytical delivery.

New Analytics Development
Support development of new analytical solutions, analysis and visualizations.

Key Skills and Competencies
Solid understanding of Banking, including products, competitive landscape, and bank strategies in India or Global.
Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical plans and deliver actionable outputs.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
