Job Description
Lead the execution and technical delivery of large, complex structural engineering projects across multiple industry sectors
Provide expert technical guidance, design reviews, and engineering oversight while ensuring compliance with global codes and standards
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing structural engineering team in India
Drive quality improvement, standardisation, and ownership of design deliverables across projects
Collaborate with global teams, clients, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to solve complex engineering challenges
Improve engineering processes, design workflows, software utilisation, and best practices
Support business development efforts through technical consulting, proposal support, and client engagement
Champion innovation,



AI-driven engineering adoption, workforce planning, and long-term structural engineering strategy

The Successful Applicant
Master's degree or PhD in Structural Engineering; PE licence preferred
15+ years of structural engineering experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Robust experience within Architecture & Engineering (A/E) consulting and multidisciplinary project environments
Deep knowledge of international structural design standards such as IBC, ASCE, AISC, and ACI
Hands-on expertise with structural analysis tools such as STAAD, RAM, or RISA and BIM platforms such as Revit or Tekla
Proven ability to mentor teams, improve technical quality, and lead complex engineering reviews
Experience supporting U.S. projects; international exposure preferred
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with interest in AI-enabled engineering solutions
