We are seeking a energetic and target-oriented B2B Genset Sales Executive to drive sales of diesel and gas generator sets (gensets) to commercial and industrial customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, telecom, real estate, and institutional sectors.
Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, channel partners, consultants, and referrals.
Meet decision-makers, understand power backup requirements, and recommend suitable genset solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with the technical, engineering, and service teams to ensure accurate sizing, installation planning, and timely project execution.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to successfully close orders.




Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer data in the CRM system.
Follow up on payments and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction after installation.

Required Skills
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of diesel/gas generator sets, power backup solutions, and electrical systems.
Ability to read basic technical specifications and customer requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively for customer meetings.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrical & Electronics
