Assistant Manager – International Group Series (GIT) – Short Haul Destinations

Experience Required: 3+ years in Group Inclusive Tours (GIT), preferably Short Haul destinations

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Design and structure International Group Series itineraries for Short Haul destinations (Southeast Asia, Middle East, SAARC region, etc.)
Plan, cost, and operate GIT departures from concept to execution
Coordinate with international ground handlers, hoteliers, airlines, and other vendors
Monitor group bookings, seat allocations, and departure confirmations
Support competitive pricing and cost control across group series
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote group series and drive bookings
Assist in on-ground issue resolution during tour operations
Track destination trends, competitor group series, and travel advisories
Support post-tour reporting and cost analysis
Maintain relationships with airlines and DMCs (Destination Management Companies) for short haul markets





Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in GIT design and operations, preferably in Short Haul destinations
Positive knowledge of international ticketing, visa processes, and destination logistics for short haul markets
Experience operating group series tours
Solid vendor coordination and negotiation skills
Positive analytical skills for costing and pricing
Ability to manage multiple group departures simultaneously
Good communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external partners

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Existing network of short haul DMC and airline contacts
Experience supporting escalations during international tour operations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
