Job Title: Visa Counsellor / Telecaller

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the same field is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

Visa Counsellor:
Counsel clients regarding study, visitor, tourist, work, and PR visa options.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
Handle documentation and guide clients throughout the application process.
Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Stay updated with immigration policies and visa requirements.

Telecaller:
Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into walk-ins.
Maintain call records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure smooth client handling.





Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Visa Counsellor or Telecaller in the immigration/visa consultancy industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and counselling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
