Business Controller-VISL

Location: Goa, India

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial forecasting, management reporting, and performance tracking against business plans, including key operational metrics.
Drive financial performance improvement through in-depth analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
Monitor and analyse critical financial indicators, including cost efficiency, capacity utilization, productivity, and asset optimization.
Conduct internal and external benchmarking to pinpoint areas for financial and operational improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements, including the development of standardized and ad-hoc reports, analytical tools, and dashboards to enhance decision-making capabilities.

Candidate Profile
MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent with solid financial and strategic acumen
12+ years of relevant experience
