Job Description: Level 1 – Senior Customer Support Representative / Lead

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative who can lead team and work on event management based on the surveillance systems for our US client.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Possess basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS tools Coordinate with client as per requirement.
Manage team and their daily performance. Coordinate with their respective team for work, solve their queries, guide and motivate them.
Have to be bridge between management and employees.
Provide product support as per the standard guidelines Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Experience with CCTV surveillance systems will be a plus

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
