Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive/ HR Recruiter

Location: Mohan Estate(Near Badarpur)

Working Hours: 10 am to 7 PM

Working Days: 6 Days (Adaptable Timing)

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for CSR and BDR roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various hiring channels.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
Plan hiring batches and ensure timely candidate onboarding.
Coordinate candidate handovers with the Call Center Operations team.
Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring reports/MIS.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline to meet hiring targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition,



preferably in BPO/Call Center recruitment.
Proven experience in bulk/high-volume hiring for CSR and BDR roles.
Good understanding of call center recruitment, interview coordination, and batch planning.
Robust communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
Flexible to support evening batch handovers whenever required.
Candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance from the office will be preferred.
