Job Responsibilities:
Daily production planning and material availability check
Manpower allocation as per production plan and skill matrix
Production execution as per SOP, Process Flow & Control Plan
Monitoring production, rejection, rework, and PPE compliance
Verification of daily production reports and shift-wise performance
Participation in daily meetings and production reviews
Rejection and scrap analysis with corrective actions
Training operators on SOP, 5S, JH, Process Parameters & EHSMS
Implementation of Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and continuous improvement activities
Coordination with cross-functional teams for tooling, machine, productivity, and safety improvements
