Role Overview :-
We are looking for a professional who communicates clearly, handles patients with empathy, and takes complete ownership of their work. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience from arrival to follow-up.

Key Responsibility :-
> Patient Journey Management -
Guide patients through their entire consultation journey
Act as the primary liaison between doctors and patients
Ensure explicit communication of treatment plans and next steps

> Communication and Follow ups -
Handle inbound/outbound calls, messages, and appointment confirmations
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure patient adherence and satisfaction
Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times





> Clinic Operation Support -
Assist with day-to-day clinic administrative tasks
Manage patient records and basic documentation
Ensure front-desk workflows run smoothly

> Experience Assurance -
Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients
Address patient queries and concerns promptly
Uphold Allo Health’s standards of empathy and professionalism

Requirements :-
Must Have -
Language Proficiency: Solid command of English, Hindi, and kannada (local candidates preferred)
Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and empathetic verbal and written communication
Technical Basics: Comfortable with basic computer operations and digital tools
Ownership Mindset: Proactive approach to responsibilities and problem-solving
Professionalism: Respectful Demeanor and ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion
