Role & responsibilities
Knowledge on Vendor Development activities.
Product knowledge of FRP, Vacuum Forming, RIM (Reaction Injection Molded Parts), Tube, Tire,Oil & Lube, Pump, Seating, Upholstery ( Rexin padding, Sunvisors, Flooring etc.)
Follow up with suppliers & inter-departmental follow up to get work done
Visiting Suppliers to review and expedite development activities
Communication and negotiation with suppliers on commercial, ZBC.
Sending Inquiry , getting Quote, releasing PO, Development APQP tracking for part development
Valuable Communication Skill
Valuable Knowledge of APQP, PPAP.
Valuable Knowledge about ERP System/SAP
Preferred candidate profile
BE (Mech/Automobile /Plastic) with 7+ years of experience.
