Role Objective





We are looking for a hands-on Senior Data Analyst to lead the Data and Business Intelligence function for a growing NBFC. The role will own portfolio analytics, reporting automation, dashboard development, data quality, and team delivery across Credit, Risk, Collections, Finance, Operations, and Product.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Data team, allocate work, review deliverables, mentor junior analysts, and establish reporting standards.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for disbursal, AUM, collections, demand, collection efficiency, DPD, bounce, NPA, write-offs, recoveries, and portfolio performance.
Conduct portfolio, vintage, static pool, cohort, repayment behaviour, and risk analysis to identify early-warning signals and business prospects.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, clean, validate, and reconcile data from LOS, LMS, CRM, payment systems, bureau partners, and third-party platforms.
Automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS,
