Key Responsibilities:
Following and ensuring complete sales cycle management with an excellent customer experience across all existing and recent clients.
Managing, coordinating, and working with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
Building and maintaining robust, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders while implementing effective client retention strategies.
Training and mentoring sales representatives to enhance their skills, productivity, and overall performance.
Collaborating with the technical team to ensure customer queries and proposals are addressed in a timely manner.




Collaborating with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and drive sales growth.
Preparing and reviewing sales reports and analytics to measure sales effectiveness and achieve performance targets.
Negotiating contracts and agreements while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Attending industry events, conferences, and business meetings to network, generate leads, and promote the organization.
