About Us

Pentagon Infra Ventures is a growing infrastructure and construction company specializing in civil construction, project execution, and building material solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor labor productivity and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain daily site reports, work progress, attendance, and material consumption records.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Clients.
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.




Verify measurements and monitor project progress against the planned schedule.
Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
0–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Good understanding of civil construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to different project locations.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to manage multiple activities under tight deadlines.
