Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities, vendor coordination, price negotiation, and timely purchase of materials required for company operations/projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate suitable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with project/site and internal teams for material requirements.
Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.
Maintain vendor database, purchase records, and documentation.
Monitor material availability and avoid procurement delays.




Ensure materials purchased meet required quality and specifications.

Requirements
Education: B.E. EEE
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Solar
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Experience in Solar industry will be an added advantage.
