We are seeking an experienced Global Logistics Project Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage global action tracking, and provide data-driven insights across Revvity's logistics operations. This role requires a seasoned qualified who can work flexibly across global time zones while being based in India.

Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Lead logistics projects focused on operational excellence and cost optimization
Implement continuous improvement methodologies across global logistics operations
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Drive year-over-year savings initiatives aligned to Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Financial Partnership & Savings Tracking




Partner closely with Finance teams to validate and track project savings
Develop robust methodologies for calculating and reporting cost avoidance and hard savings
Create financial business cases for logistics improvement projects
Ensure accurate savings attribution and documentation for audit purposes
Collaborate with Finance on budget planning and variance analysis

Data Analytics & Reporting
Utilize PowerBI to create comprehensive project status dashboards
Track and report on project ROI and savings metrics in partnership with Finance
Develop standardized reporting templates for global logistics KPIs
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Global Coordination & Communication
Schedule and facilitate project review meetings with regional logistics leaders
Coordinate across multiple time zones to ensure global alignment
Manage and maintain the global logistics SharePoint
