Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Factory environments.
Positive understanding of labour laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR operations.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction of plant employees.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift-related HR activities.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of attendance and overtime data.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including the Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act (where applicable), EPF, ESIC, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other relevant regulations.
Maintain statutory registers,



records, and documentation required for compliance and audits.
Coordinate with government authorities, labour inspectors, and external auditors during inspections.
Manage contractor workforce documentation and statutory compliance.
Address employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
Support employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and training programs.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and compliance dashboards for management.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies, safety standards, and plant discipline.
Work closely with production and plant leadership to support workforce planning and operational requirements.

Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
25 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial workplace (preferred).
