We are seeking a highly skilled VMC Programmer with 10–12 years of hands-on experience in CNC/VMC programming. The ideal candidate should have expertise in programming, machine setup, process optimization, and troubleshooting while ensuring high-quality production and maximum machining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and optimize VMC programs using Fanuc controllers.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining specifications.
Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Perform prove-out of new programs and optimize cycle times.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Maintain CNC program documentation and revision records.
Follow all quality, safety, and company standards.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of VMC programming and machining operations.
Experience with Fanuc CNC controls.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;




Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling selection, and process optimization.
Experience with AutoCAD/CAM software will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10–12 years of relevant experience as a VMC Programmer is mandatory.
