● Engage with potential clients via phone calls to provide information about UK careermanagement.
● Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.




● Collaborate with the team to develop effective marketing strategies and improve service delivery.
● Stay updated on the UK visa regulations and career pathways to provide informed advice.
● Be up to date, ideally with the UK life management knowledge and the UK education sector.
● Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
● Have solid organisational skills and attention to detail for managing inquiries.
● Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a rapid-paced workplace.
● Have proficiency in using the CRM software and use of Microsoft Office tools.
● Perform sales of international student admissions by engaging with customers over the phone.
● Provide communication to the central admissions team to ensure the completion of payments.
● Must complete 25 admission sales per month with the service price of £250 to
