Position: Quality Consultant (NACE Level-2)

Department: QA/QC – Coating & Painting
Location: Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad

Job Summary

The Quality Consultant (NACE Level-2) will be responsible for supervising and inspecting all surface preparation, blasting, painting, and coating activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, NACE/AMPP standards, client requirements, and applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect surface preparation, blasting, and painting activities.
Ensure compliance with NACE/AMPP, SSPC, ISO, and client specifications.
Verify environmental conditions before coating application.
Check DFT, WFT, surface profile, adhesion, and holiday testing.
Witness and document inspection and testing activities.
Review ITPs, method statements, and coating procedures.
Identify NCRs and monitor corrective actions.
Coordinate with the Client, PMC, and Project Team on quality matters.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and coating documentation.




Ensure proper calibration and use of inspection instruments.
Support final inspection and project handover documentation.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
NACE Level-2 (AMPP Coating Inspector Level-2) Certification – Mandatory.

Experience
8–12 years of experience in coating inspection, industrial painting, corrosion protection, refinery, oil & gas, pipeline, tankage, or EPC projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
