About the Role

Tutree is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Lead Generation and Sales teams. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and mentor the Lead Generation and Sales teams.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Develop and execute strategies to increase qualified leads and revenue.
Track team performance, conversion rates, and overall productivity.
Coach team members through regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
Conduct daily meeting with teammates to analyze the flaws and lackings.




Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and maximize revenue.

Requirements
Minimum
5–6 years of experience
in Sales Management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with experience in building, managing, mentoring, and motivating high-performing Sales and Lead Generation teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, performance tracking, and process optimization.
Self-driven, target-oriented professional with the ability to thrive in a quick-paced, results-driven setting.
Candidate must be based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Known to Bengali is mandatory, along with proficient English communication skills.
Experience with Craigslist and/or Nextdoor plateform will be considered a robust advantage.
