About the Role

Kaasma Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns, along with a passion for marketing and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow company social media platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and marketing materials.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.
Coordinate photography and videography for projects, events, and client locations.
Conduct location visits for content creation and brand promotion.
Support lead generation and online branding initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements




Minimum 1 Year Experience in Digital Marketing.
Own Laptop.
Own Two-Wheeler with valid Driving License.
Willingness to travel for work assignments.
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
Basic Photography and Camera Handling Skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Solid communication and content writing abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
