About the Role

Scalent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, and meeting scheduling, with excellent communication skills and a passion for B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
Execute cold email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Use tools like Instantly and Apollo to manage and optimize outreach campaigns.
Identify and research prospective customers.
Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects.
Follow up with leads through email and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and meetings.
Work closely with the sales team to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or B2B sales.
Hands-on experience with Instantly and Apollo.




Strong understanding of cold email outreach best practices.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
