Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.
Explain project details, features, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
Conduct site visits and effectively present the project to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
Maintain solid customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain regular updates in CRM and sales reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
