1.The Assistant Manager – HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee onboarding, and HR compliance.
2.The role requires close coordination with business leaders to ensure timely hiring and smooth HR processes.
Required Candidate profile
1.Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
2 .Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Life Insurance industry.
3.Robust experience in recruitment and HR operations.
