Urgent Hiring | Special Educator (Experienced)

Rainbow Child Development Centre, Gurugram is looking for an experienced and passionate Special Educator to join our multidisciplinary pediatric rehabilitation team.

Position

Special Educator (Full time)

Location: Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana

Eligibility
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience is mandatory.
Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Special Education (RCI Registration preferred).
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disability (ID), Learning Disabilities (LD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and other developmental conditions.
Excellent communication, documentation, and parent counselling skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct individualized Special Education sessions.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Maintain clinical documentation and progress reports.




Work collaboratively with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, ABA Therapists, and Psychologists.
Provide parent guidance and home programs.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience, clinical skills, and interview performance).
