About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the institution's day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in managing student fee collections, vendor payments, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounting entries.
Process student fee collections, refunds, and related reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
Support budgeting, audit activities, and statutory compliance.
Maintain financial records in accordance with institutional policies.
Coordinate with administrative departments regarding financial matters.




Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP, TallyPrime, Zoho Books, or similar.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in a school, college, university, or educational institution is an advantage.
Familiarity with student fee management systems or ERP software is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
