Responsibilities
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra,
website, etc.).
Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory details.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order fulfilment and timely dispatch.
Optimize product visibility using SEO, keywords, promotions, and ads
Analyse product performance, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify
trends and improvement areas.
Track returns, wrong product claims, and customer complaints raised on
marketplaces.
Coordinate with the customer support and warehouse team for quick resolution.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Commerce preferred).
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Knowledge of major e-commerce portals and dashboard operations.
Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
Basic knowledge of SEO, marketplace algorithms, and digital marketing is a plus.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
